Additives for the sorbet preparation: 5 l of water and 1 kg of sugar.
Preparation: Take a large 5 l container.
Put the contents of the bag into 5 l water with 1 kg sugar.
Mix it with a spoon or mixer until the content is completely dissolved.
Throw it into the cold sorbet machine.
The preparation for lemon sorbetto will be ready for 45 min.
